No two wedding venues are the same and as a result the amount of equipment that we will need will vary on both the size of the room and the expected number of guests.

Having said that, below are a couple of images of our most commonly used 'rig'. This sized rig can cater for anything up to 130 people; the main advantages of using this amount of equipment is that:

• It is large enough to be seen and heard by your guests without taking up too much space within the venue.
• Due to its size it can be assembled in 30 minutes and thus if required can be set up during the break between the speeches having finished and the evening guests arriving.

We are able to add extra speakers and lighting units to the above picture for larger wedding receptions, we have enough equipment to cater for anything up to 400 guests.

For receptions where there will be more than 400 guests, or for clients who simply want a massive sound and lighting show we are able to hire in additional equipment..

When it comes to the amount of equipment used at your wedding reception some of our clients prefer a 'minimal look'. We can provide a discreet looking set-up which will blend in with your wedding venue. You might for example not want traditional 'disco lights' and would prefer us to light the walls using our LED lighting service.
